Mango Pico de Gallo

Mango Pico de Gall

Ingredients:

2 ripe mangos, diced

3 tablespoons finely diced red onion (can up to 1/4 cup if you’d like)

1/2 jalapeno, seeded and diced

3-4 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro

1/2 lime, juiced

Dash of kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Let flavors meld for at least 30-60 minutes before serving.
